'Oops!' Dropped Ice Cream Pop Art Painting on Paper
'Oops!' Dropped Ice Cream Pop Art Painting on Paper
Fittingly painted during a heatwave here in the UK, this colourful and original pop style painting depicts that heartbreaking moment when you drop a fresh ice cream cone on the floor. The ice cream in this case is pink with sprinkles (hundreds and thousands), and I've painted it to look like it has hit a flat surface and started to melt. I love painting sweets and I love the paint-like texture of melted ice cream.
The end result is a bold, bright painting that would brighten up any room in the house.
It is painted in acrylics and Posca pen on thick high quality A4 paper.

PLEASE NOTE: the painting doesn't come framed, but I've taken photos of it in a white A4 frame. A4 frames are easy to find however.
